Leonid Kravchuk`s visit to Electron

Leonid Kravchuk – the first President of independent Ukraine, paid a familiarization visit to one of the enterprises of «Electron» Corporation – JV «Electrontrans».

The guest of honour accompanied by the president of «Electron» Corporation Yuriy Bubes acquainted himself with the enterprise, its manufacturing capacities and products – up-to-date full low-floor cars, and also with items of other plants of Corporation – multifunctional low-cargo trucks, used in public services, ambulances, products of industrial, scientific and technical, consumer purpose. At the end of his visit Leonid Makarovych had a talk with workers of the plant.

In memory of his visitation the enterprise Yuriy Bubes gave Leonisd Kravchuk souvenirs including the photo of his first visit to Electron on March 1991.
