During its almost centenary history, Electron has progressed from a small electrical engineering workshop to a large multi-branch producer of scientific and technical, industrial, and domestic products.

«Electron» is a Joint-Stock Company. Its shares were registered in Ukraine under №1.

In 1918, beginning its activity as an electrical engineering workshop in the middle of the last century, «Electron» became an enterprise producing television sets of the same brand name. It became a reliable and popular brand in the history of domestic TV set production.

Up-to-date, «Electron» is being dynamically developed as a machine-building and automotive corporation.
