«Carat» scientific-research company developed crystallization technology of INP-INGAASP heterostructure for light-emitting diodes

They are light-emitting diodes of a short-range infrared range with oscillation wavelength of 1,06 mkm. A sample quantity of light-emitting diodes was produced, their test was conducted in SDB «Rhythm» (Chernivtsi). The light-emitting diodes are intend for use in radio electronic equipment of different purpose (medical, in systems of environmental monitoring, burglar alarm systems and in military equipment).
