General Meeting of Shareholders of Open Joint Stock Company "Concern-Electron" (Protocol №27 of April 23,.2016) It was decided to change the composition of officials, namely:

 

Terminate the powers of the Chairman of the Audit Commission Kachmar Myroslava Stepanivna (p-t CA 429 829, issued 06.05.1997r. Shevchenko PO LSU AMIA Ukraine in Lviv region.) In connection with the termination of Office term. Outstanding conviction for acquisitive and malfeasance has not. The office term - 5 years. He owns shares in the authorized capital of the Company at a rate of 0.03%.;

 

Terminate the powers of the Audit Committee member Podolsky Mykhailo Stanislavovych. (p-t CA 233 071, issued 16.07.1996r. Rail PO Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv region). In connection with the termination of Office term. Outstanding conviction for acquisitive and malfeasance has not. The office term - 5 years. He owns shares in the authorized capital of the Company at a rate of 0.01%.;

 

Terminate the powers of the Audit Committee member Bondarchuk Miroslava Stepanivna (p-t HF 717 874 issued 16.08.2001r. Rail PO Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv region.) In connection with the termination of the term of office. Outstanding conviction for acquisitive and malfeasance has not. The office term - 5 years. He owns shares in the authorized capital of the Company at a rate of 0.02%.;

 

Choose for the position of member of the Auditing Committee of PJSC "Concern-Electron" for a period of 5 years, Podolsky, Michael S. (p-t CA 233 071, issued 16.07.1996r. Rail PO Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv region.). He owns shares in the authorized capital of the Company at a rate of 0.01%. Outstanding conviction for acquisitive and malfeasance has not. Choose for the position of member of the Auditing Committee of PJSC "Concern-Electron" for a period of 5 years Klachanogo Yuriya Yevstahiyovycha (p-t CA 252755 issued 06.08.1996r. Shevchenko RA Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv region.). He owns shares in the authorized capital of the Company in the amount of 0, 22%. Outstanding conviction for acquisitive and malfeasance has not. In period from 2008 to 2013 he also served as Treasury chief PJSC "Volksbank". At present, not working, retired.
