For shareholders, who have not concluded a treaty of service with a share keeper

Let you know that on 11^th October, 2013 the law of Ukraine «About depositary system of Ukraine» came into force. 10 item of VI section stipulates shareholders` obligation to conclude a treaty of accounts service in securities with a share keeper.

 

In a case when the treaty has not been concluded by 11^th October, 2014 (or if remittance of rights to securities to the account in other depositary establishment has not been carried out), securities of the holder (shareholder) will not be taken into account when determining quorum and voting in issuer agency.

 

A treaty with a share keeper (PJSC «VS Bank») is able to conclude at the address: Grabovsykogo str.,11, office 104, Lviv , tel. 297-69-77.
